My name is Sina, and I have been learning with Heidi for around two years.
Heidi is literally my life mentor. She completely changed my life and my perspective of seeing this world. At first, I was kind of against the idea of her telling me to meditate; I found it useless and boring. Although I tried to make it a part of my daily routine, I couldn't stick with it because I did not really feel the need to do so.
Yet, life does not always go your way. There was a period when I woke up feeling stressed and frustrated, and there were a ton of inner voices from my brain that affected me a lot. It came to the point where it was out of my control, and I felt like I was living in pain.
This was the first time that I thought meditation was the only way that might be able to pull me out of this dark hole. So, I tried to meditate for 30 minutes on a daily basis by following Heidi’s guidance and instructions for two weeks, and miraculously, I felt tremendous joy and stability.
I realized that I could identify the sounds from my brain or my heart, and I wouldn't react aggressively even if there were things happening that I might identify as "bad." I feel that my energy is way more centered and peaceful than before, and I feel motivated and truly grateful for my life.
I deeply appreciate the patience and guidance from Heidi. For those who find themselves stuck and exhausted, give meditation a try; the rewards will exceed your expectations.
